Dawg`s Hawgs in Deer Country!

Show host Karl-K just returned from filming an episode of Extreme Angler TV in "Deer-Hunting-Country" for both smalljaws and mean-greens...what a day!!

Morning started with minus -4 degree`s, ice warnings and severe fog, but the giant smallies didn`t mind one bit-
6" Jerkbaits, 4" Mizmo tube jigs and 1/2 to 3/4-oz Strike King Titanium spinnerbaits did most of the damage on the bigger brown bass near deep rocky points and isolated rock piles in the A.M.-
Once the sun got high and the temps rose to 15+ degree`s, Karl packed up the smallie gear and headed for the "Green-Bass-spots".
The bigger Largies came from deep cabbage weed patches in water depths ranging from 9-16 feet of H20 with Strike King 1/2 oz jigs (brown with orange strands) and 3x chunks (copper/brown tones) and Mizmo 5" Lizards (red shad) rigged texas on 5/0 twist-Loc hooks and 3/16-oz. free sliding worm weights.
Hardcore is the only way to describe this episode;
...especially since the crew did not see another boat or angler the entire day on this popular cottage lake!
O` Canada...land of many Big Bass and so few Autumn Anglers.
